CANCELLATION POLICY

Femme Skin & Beauty is an exclusive, appointment-only studio—and your time slot is reserved just for you. Here’s how we keep it smooth + respectful for everyone involved: • One week notice, minimum, is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment. —Industry standards are outdated and not sustainable for me, my business, or the type of lengthy and specialty services I provide. We all deserve income security a week in advance. • Cancellations or reschedules within that may be subject to a 50% charge. Within three business days will be charged 100% of the service total, four days if your service is two or more hours long (DMK or multiple stacked services). —If you are able to make an alternative time same week (if available), and given me enough notice, reach out and let’s see what we can do. I would rather you get your treatment and I not have to charge you when possible, just don’t take advantage of this! • No-shows? Also 100%—we don’t ghost, and we hope you don’t either. • All deposits and retail are non-refundable and non-transferable. • If you reschedule or cancel more than 3x in a row after booking is confirmed, you may be required to pre-pay in full for future services. This policy helps protect my time, your results, and the exclusivity of our studio. Thanks for respecting the vibe.
