Cancellation Policy

Femme Skin is a private, results-driven studio operating on a limited, reservation-only basis. Each appointment is intentionally held and cannot be reassigned once reserved. By booking, scheduling, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to the following: ⸻ RESERVATIONS All appointments are reserved exclusively for you. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. A valid card on file is required at all times. ⸻ APPOINTMENT CHANGES Due to an average service length of 2-4 hours, a minimum of 4 business days’ notice is kindly required to cancel, reschedule, or modify any appointment. Changes made within this window may result in a forfeiture of your deposit if one was taken, or up to the full service fee being retained. Any same day cancellations, reschedules, modifications done day of or within 72 hours will have a full retained fee without exception. Time is not able to be repurposed at this point. This policy applies to all clients regardless of circumstance, including illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events. Out of fairness no exceptions can be given. ⸻ DEPOSITS All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may only be transferred if the new appointment date is scheduled within three weeks of the original appointment date. Appointments moved beyond this timeframe will require a new deposit. ⸻ AFTER-HOURS RESERVATIONS Femme Skin operates Tuesday through Friday. Appointments requested to be scheduled: • before 10:00 AM • after 4:00 PM • Saturday through Monday when the studio is otherwise closed are considered final upon booking, will incur an outside hours fee, and are not eligible for changes or adjustments. ⸻ NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS Missed appointments and no-shows are charged at 100% of the service fee. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeited treatment time or cancellation of the appointment. Full fees still apply. ⸻ COMMUNICATION All scheduling changes must be submitted via email to maintain an official time-stamped record. Text, social media, or verbal communication are easily missed and not accepted as valid notice. Please allow for a 24-48 hour response time. Replies will be received during business hours (Tuesday–Friday). ⸻ RETAIL & SERVICES All services and retail purchases are final sale. ⸻ PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION You authorize Femme Skin to charge all fees associated with your appointment, including late cancellations, no-shows, and outstanding balances, to the card on file. ⸻ AGREEMENT By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
