We understand that life happens, and we try our very best to accommodate. Please reach out ASAP with any changes that need to be made to your appointment. Once your service has been reserved, rescheduling or cancellations should be made a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a 100% of the missed service regardless of circumstances. This is not to be mean! But is in place due to materials reserved for you, income & time lost last minute, and is a guarantee you will show up to your appointment. This is my livelihood, nothing personal! I absolutely love all my clients and I give you my everything each time. I've invested so much in my experience and education to provide the very best. My time and experience are valuable! It’s not fun to enforce this, but thank you for understanding! Same day appointments and retail purchases are final. Warranty: All services at Femme Beauty ATX, LLC are covered within 7 days when proper aftercare is performed. If you experience any issues please contact me within 72 hours and a no cost touch up will be performed the same week. For any requests outside of this period, or if you do not make it in for your touch up within that period, a normal appointment should be scheduled. Thank you for trusting me to make you glow!
