CANCELLATION POLICY

Welcome to Femme Skin Femme Skin is a private, highly exclusive skin revision and lash lift studio for women who value results, integrity, and ritual. This is not a revolving-door spa. Here, your time is sacred, the materials are clinical-grade, and every appointment is intentionally crafted to support long-term transformation—for your skin, your lashes, and your nervous system. Rooted in my NYC clinical training and lifelong equestrian discipline, Femme Skin offers advanced treatments delivered with expert hands and grounded presence. You’ll always receive honesty, precision, and high-touch care. ⸻ ⫸ Booking Philosophy Appointments are extremely limited. I ask that you not request to make week of changes unless for a true emergency. Please treat this reserved time and your booking with the same respect and commitment I do. ⸻ ⚖️ Studio Policies These policies are designed to protect the integrity of this work, my time, and the experience I offer to every client. They are firm, consistent, and legally binding upon booking. ⸻ ⫸ Cancellations & Reschedules • A minimum of four Femme Skin business days’ notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or modify. If it is within the same week as your appointment, it is considered a late cancellation. • For any multi-service appointments, DMK or longer appointments spanning several hours, seven days’ absolute minimum notice is required. We do not use a waitlist, and appointments, especially large extended ones, are simply not possible to be refilled week of after being reserved for several weeks. • Late changes will result in 100% of the service fee being retained. To keep things fair, there can be no exceptions under any circumstances. We love you but this is business, it’s really not personal. • The card on file will be charged for any outstanding balance, no-shows, or late changes. • Please use your client portal link to manage appointments whenever possible and be sure to utilize our add to calendar function with reminders. IG DMs or texts are not valid forms of communication due to the 1:1 nature of our services they can be easily missed. • Our virtual assistant is available by email from 11–1PM on weekdays if assistance is needed. ⸻ ⫸ No-Shows & Late Arrivals • Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full and result in revoked booking access. • If you are 15+ minutes late, the appointment is automatically forfeited at full charge. • Declined Payments & Disputed Charges: If a payment is intentionally declined or disputed for a no-show, late cancellation, late modification, or completed service, a 5% service fee will be added to the outstanding balance. A $25 late fee will also be added for each day the invoice remains unpaid. If unresolved after 30 days, the account will be referred to collections. ⸻ ⫸ Deposits & Final Sale Services • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. • Custom services (e.g. LightEyes, Bacio, Microneedling) are final sale due to time-sensitive prep and product ordering. ⸻ ⫸ Repeat Disruptions • Multiple week-of changes will require prepayment in full. • Ongoing disruption will result in paused or revoked booking access to protect the studio and other clients. ⸻ ⫸ Final Agreement By booking, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to all Femme Skin policies and terms. These are also restated in your confirmation and intake forms; which are required to be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
