Cancellation Policy

Femme Skin is a private, invitation-only studio offering clinical skin revision on a strictly limited, reservation-only basis. Every appointment represents an exclusively held time block that cannot be reassigned once booked. Please read the following carefully — booking constitutes full agreement to all terms. RESERVATIONS A valid card on file is required to secure every appointment. Holding your appointment without a valid card on file is not possible under any circumstance. APPOINTMENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Your appointment is a confirmed, protected time block. Out of respect for the integrity of that commitment, the following notice requirements are strictly enforced — no exceptions: • Single appointments require a minimum of 4 days’ written notice from the start time of your appointment via email to cancel, reschedule, or modify without penalty. If the link in your confirmation no longer allows changes and directs you to email us, you are already within the required time frame. • Multiple or extended service appointments (half-day or full-day bookings) require a minimum of 7 days’ written notice via email, as these blocks represent a significant portion of the studio’s operating day and cannot be recovered on short notice. • Changes made within this window — including illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances — will result in forfeiture of your deposit and the full service fee being retained. • No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Clients who no-show are not rebooked. This policy exists because your time block is held exclusively for you. Once booked, that time belongs to you — and to no one else. LATE ARRIVALS Arriving 10 or more minutes late will result in a reduced or cancelled appointment at the provider’s discretion, with full fees applied. Out of respect for the care and attention your skin deserves, services cannot be properly delivered in a compressed timeframe. DEPOSITS All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. Deposits are not held as credit and cannot be refunded in the event of a cancellation. PAYMENT All services, deposits, no show fees, and retail purchases are final sale. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. By booking, you authorize Femme Skin to charge the card on file for all fees including services rendered, no-shows, late cancellations, and any other terms outlined in your client agreement. COMMUNICATION STANDARDS To ensure every client receives the attentive, seamless experience this studio is committed to providing, all communication regarding scheduled appointments must be conducted exclusively through the studio email. This guarantees your message is received with care, properly documented, and timestamped for your records. My personal cell phone number is shared selectively as a courtesy for general correspondence only — such as product inquiries or interest in future bookings. It is not a dedicated business line and is not continuously monitored. Using it for already scheduled appointment-related matters risks your message going unnoticed, which is a disservice to you and the experience you deserve. Please be advised: Any communication directed to my personal cell phone rather than the studio email will not be recognized as valid and may not be seen. To protect your time, your appointments, and your peace of mind — the studio email is always the proper channel. YOUR AGREEMENT A binding client agreement is sent to your email upon booking and must be completed prior to your appointment. By reserving and maintaining your appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms. These policies are not negotiable and apply equally to all clients.
